Is it possible to have a download bank? I need to create a download bank for members who inject files/materials about the theme, to be downloaded by other users after approval by the administration and to have a specific page for this. Is it possible to do this in WpForo?

I think you need a download manager plugin,

but you can take a look at the wpForo Advanced Attachments plugin.
