To provide efficient support, we kindly request WordPress administration access. In some cases, FTP access may be necessary.
Support will be provided via email within a timeframe of 12-24 hours. The initial response may take between 3-12 hours, depending on the time zone. Our team operates six days per week, from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, within the GMT +1 to GMT +4 time zone.

Customization and integration solutions can be offered as separate addons or incorporated into the wpForo plugin core. In both cases, we reserve the right to sell them in our addons store unless an exclusive delivery is requested, in which case an additional +100% fee will apply.
