Is there a mobile phone app for WPForo so that I can moderate replies etc on the go? Thank you

Not yet. It's on the roadmap, but do hard date has been defined. For the time being, you'll need to access your site using WordPress (via a browser). I do the same for my site, and it's not too much of a bind.
