Litespeed cache doesn't work with wpForo. Exclude from caching the forum base page url (/community/).

Start with EXCLUDING wpForo page from LiteSpeed caching (and any caching).
edit: Actually just disable LiteSpeed cache plugin, since you seem to use wpForo as your main Home page also.
