[Closed] Order of translation

So, we have the language files and the Front-end Phrases.My question is - which one take priority?I'm asking because I'm waiting for @Gal new translation to Hebrew.Meanwhile I'm using the front-end phrases editor to translate some words that weren't translated and I'm wondering which translated word will be display after the updates to the files, the translated one from the file or my translated word in the front-end?Thank you
