I know it was Present 3 months ago.

Surprised to still see it.

Latest Chrome on Windows 8.

Your inserted image source URL doesn't work. Just put image URL in editor without [IMG]. wpForo is a HTML forum platform, it's not bbCode forum so it doesn't support [IMG]
