I have excluded the site ( https://learnenglishthroughfootball.com/community/) from the cache settings (we changed our name last summer so that might have been the issue).

Our host diagnosed that our wp_options table has grown to 33 GB with over 500,000 transient rows, and our database inspection shows that wpForo transient records make up the vast majority. Because wp_options is in MyISAM, this causes severe table locks and connection timeouts whenever users post. Could you please advise how to safely purge existing wpForo transients and prevent wpForo from creating unbounded transients on our forum?
