I have done it by editing the class-template.php and removing the  lines

else{
                           $button_html[] = '<span class="wpf-action not_reg_user"><i class="fa fa-reply fa-rotate-180"></i> ' . wpforo_phrase('Reply', false).'</span>';
                       }

at about line 326 and the same for the "quotes" a bit further down

Just need to watch out at next update

but maybe quests will be able to comment without registering with the next update.
