Good day everyone and I will like to thank everyone here for their support, please I am presently experiencing a problem here which I will try to explain as much as possible, some strange title pop up in my traffic list in the backend which arouses my curiosity to check further only for me to notice that there is a difference in the URL, for clarity here is a URL of my site post:

https://ipadewa.com/prince-harry-calls-for-social-media-reform-compares-misinformation-to-lead-poisoning/

if you compare the two URLs, you will notice that the first one contains reviews immediately after ipadewa which is the domain name and this is the setting on the backend also but if you check the second URL, it doesn't contain anything like that.

so in essence the post is not showing up on my forum and I didn't even approve it since I still manually approve posts.

I have checked my security issues in the search console and it is still okay, I have run a malware scan on the forum and it also gives me the okay sign.

so my main problem is that I can't delete these posts as I didn't approve them either and also they are not pages as I have checked the published pages and I will like to know where the leak comes this problem is coming from.
