I am not sure this is in the works or possible... but I would love to be able to have members "Vouch" for other members to increase reputation.  So if there is a particularly helpful person, they can get leveled up by the community. 

Possible? Thought of? In the works?

The member's reputation can be evaluated by "received likes" count.
