We have a forum that is behind a paywall, therefore I'm not wanting any moderation turned on. However, I'm running into an issue with newer registered users that have posts automatically "awaiting moderation" despite all of the moderation tools settings turned off.

Please see attached screenshot for what my current moderation settings are.

I have even turned off akismet and disabled plugins, but nothing seems to be stopping this from occurring. What could be causing this issue?
