same here, I think that's bug
This bug was initiated by WordPress 3.5 release. This release have changed some components and padding's in dashboard and these affected the row symmetry in wpForo colors table. We've not released wpForo new version after WordPress 3.5 version so this issue still exists. This problem will be fixed with new wpForo release.

I believe it's fixed (just 1-2px deviation maybe), it's not a big problem, all lines from top to bottom are recognizable, I hope you remember the old view. Now it's almost ok. Here is the old version:
