I'm new to wpForo, but like the look of it so far. But having issue with couple of things.

1) Im unable to drag forum categories into order - get the cursor showing as if I can drag, but nothing works. Not a major as I can manage manually but nice to see working. (Or am I missing something)

2) The text is all overlapping from each category/forum admin shortcuts. See attachment

I'm running ClassicPress 2.6.0

Have tried Edge and Firefox, different themes, but same result.

TIA

@xpdnz,
It seems you are experiencing two issues with wpForo:

1. Unable to drag and reorder forum categories.
2. Text overlapping in category/forum admin shortcuts.

For the drag-and-drop ordering, wpForo supports this feature, but it requires that JavaScript is working properly and no conflicts occur. Since you tried different browsers and themes with the same result, it might be a JavaScript conflict or a plugin compatibility issue with ClassicPress 2.6.0.

Regarding the text overlapping, this usually relates to CSS styling conflicts or outdated styles not compatible with your current setup.

Here are some suggestions to try:

  • Clear all caches (browser, site cache, CDN) to ensure no old scripts/styles interfere.
  • Temporarily deactivate other plugins to check for conflicts affecting drag-and-drop or styles.
  • Check browser console for JavaScript errors that might block drag-and-drop functionality.
  • Make sure you are using the latest version of wpForo compatible with ClassicPress 2.6.0.
  • Try switching to the default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Three) if possible, to test if the theme causes style issues.
  • If the problem persists, consider sharing the screenshot again for more precise CSS troubleshooting.

If you want, I can also provide CSS fixes or JavaScript troubleshooting steps based on your screenshot or site setup. Let me know how you'd like to proceed.
