I enable debug, and log.  Still doing the same thing.

Can you find the error.log file on root directory of your website or in /wp-admin/ directory?

Please delete wpForo, search and install it again.

Also, please let me know, do you have BuddyPress or ultimate member installed? If so, please deactivate those and try to activate wpForo again. Then activate those plugins back.
