I've searched the forum and implemented the #header css fix - cleared the cache but still no luck.

Can you assist?

I read that this CSS (#header { z-index: 0!important;}) fixed it but it made no difference.

It's a shame because I really like the plugin

This is no the same case. I see you have JS errors on your website. These errors affect wpForo JS buttons and actions. Yu should fix this errors to allow wpForo work. I see errors come from woocommerce-extra-accounts-fields plugin. Please deactivate it, delete all caches and check it again.
