Recently setup the wpforo for the website and the add topic button is not showing up

And the cover photo set for that forum too is not appearing. Can you help me with that as well? I think I am missing some setting or so. Please do let me know on it.

btw: try to fix all the crashes you have on your pages. Press F12 to view them in your browser's console.
