Hello!

Is there a way how to manually set all badges to admin profile? Thank you.

Like i mean LVL 10. Give it to admin without posting anything.

I'm sorry but there is no way do do this. For an advanced User Reputation and Budge options I recommend use myCRED plugin with wpForo myCRED Integration addon.
