I continue to get membership requests like this: test35380130[at]email.imailfree.cc

I assume that they are bot generated. I have to delete them almost every day. Is there a way to restrict all requests from that email extension?

This is just spam; you can add a custom spam filter to Gmail if you use it for your mail.

I understand that I can protect my personal email using the link that you sent. I am trying to prevent these bots from registering as users on my forum.

I have designated that all requests generate an email to me. I then delete them as users. I am looking for a way to block them from registering as users with those email extensions.
