Can any body tell me that how to get the admin access in Wp foro

by-mistake i clicked on registered when it was admin

Its company Forum

I'm worried Please Help me out

If you're a WordPress administrator you can navigate to Dashboard > Users > Your Profile admin page, scrall down and change Forum Usergroupt to Admin:
