wpForo 1.x.x [Closed] Changing the original url or slug good or bad?

Hi, well... I rather get it right from the very beginning My question is: By default the url of the foro is "community" Can I, without affecting anything at all, change that word to something else, for example "foro" *I know I can because actually I have done it but what I wonder if can this be counterproductive at all in any way or form or if it does not make a difference whatsoever? And in the case that could be changed without problems, would this benefit me at all for example with the search engines? Thanks :)
