I deleted a forum by accident and looking to restore it.

wpforo_forums, wpforo_topics and wpforo_posts are the tables I need to restore?

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug Tab, click on [ Tables ] link, compare with the list of wpForo tables and make sure all those tables are installed.
