all problems come from /wp-content/plugins/gdlr-shortcode/gdlr-shortcode.js file.

Plugin folder is /gdlr-shortcode/ , please find and deactivate it, then delete cache and check wpForo editor again. Also you can contact to this plugin author and ask them to fix their JS error, I attached debug data.

Also please put this css code in current theme style.css file to add paddings around forum. It'll look better.
