Everything appears to be working fine, however whenever I click on "subscribe for new replies" on a post, or "subscribe for new topics" on a category, it pops up a red message: "Can't send confirmation email"
I have debugging enabled, but not sure where it's logging any debug information.
If you mean debug.log it is in oc-content folder.

Yes, there is an error log there, however no errors are in it for a long time.
