Hi, the Forum Dashboard is not appearing on the screen of my Contributor member even though I already enabled in the settings.

Hi @forummember,
You need to enable the "Show Admin Bar for Usergroups" option from Dashboard > wpForo > General Settings > Show Admin Bar for Usergroups.
