I can see in the settings this error message: Failed to initialize plugin: wplink you will see it on screenshot.

You entered /login/ and /register/.
Remove these two entries and it will work.

Oh I am sorry I did the settings showed in the link you provided I think I have read your post too fast 

I removed the two custom links you mentioned but the same error persist, I deleted all caches, rebuild the permalinks etc but it’s not working

I just deleted browser cache and cookies

i tried to login (it shows the login page) but when I enter my login information the page reload and it shows the forum with login link and not logout, and I am not logged in
