Debug was already enable. No error. But we can't load the template on our brower and system.
Forum is blank, with only menu, topic and post titles entries. And so slow.
Disable ALL plugins except wpForo. And check. Also switch to default WP theme and check.
For me it shows and it is not slow, BUT the individual posts do not show:

Pb is fixed. It was a cdn cache issue.
