Temporarily disable this module within JetPack, clear all caches, then see if this resolves the problem.

Thank you. I disabled Jetpack, and it appeared!

How do I activate both of them without it being a problem?

@cgnet you may be able to enable jetpack but disable the gravatar module. However, I'm not convinced that this will clear the conflict fully.
