I just contacted the developer ( https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wpforo-support/ ), he said it will be in the next release. Will report back on how it works.

Both my reCAPTCHA and CAPTCHA plugins now support wpForo Forum.
Added CAPTCHA for wpForo Forum Registration page. (you can enable/disable it on the settings page).
also works on the pages for comments, login, registration, lost password.

Fast Secure reCAPTCHA 1.0.3 now works perfectly!
