Hi,

How to make the forum open for unregistered users to view the topics?

I'm not finding this option.

I found it!

For the Guest / Read-Only option, I found it in Settings, then Forum Accesses, and I selected the checkbox "Can Enter Topic".

That is what I was looking for.
