Good morning, we are using the wpForo plugin for our forum on HEXploreIt.com
I'm not sure what happened, we've been using this plugin for the last two months without issue. Now however, we are unable to log in while the app is enabled. We are getting this error:

Is there someone who can help me work through this?
I don't think this is related to wpForo. You're using WordPress login form. Please deactivate other plugins. especially the one which counts your login attempts. WordPress and wpForo don't have such feature. This is not wpForo issue.

I did find the plugin which was causing this error when WPForo is active but after deactivating the plugin, WP Foro is causing another error on login. Please see this screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/wYZo31B3i5u .
There is definitely something wrong with the way WP Foro is installed on my website as WP Foro settings are also not working, please see this screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/HZhKvJS6OD9 .

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools and enable reCAPTCHA for all forms. This is a bug in 1.4.7 version, it's already fixed in next version. Just keep all options enabled and it'll work fine:
