My client does not like that "Hot" and "Sticky" are next to each other at the bottom of the forum LOL.

Is this possible to change either the wording or the position of the topics?

You can translate or modify small phrases in the dashboard by navigating to Dashboard > wpForo > Phrases.

Or you want to do Theme Customization, please read this documentation.
