Hello,
I can see that only admin can create forum categories and sub categories. How can simple user can create those upon admin approval?

Hi @webuildtech,
You can't let them only create or delete their created Categories/Forums, You can let your users manage the Categories/Forums, which means that they will be able to edit and delete all of them if they aren't even created by them.
