I've recently created a forum on website and am trying to figure out how to adjust some settings. Mainly, I would like to know hot to prevent a registered user from modifying their 'title.' can this be done?

i also just edited my username for grins. i'd like to prevent my users from doing that as well. or at least only allow it one time, or perhaps make it admin edit only.
