I’ve no-indexed the these pages, and today I also no-indexed all tags. Kindly check these links:

However, when I search for site: https://universecover.com/community/ , the topics I created don’t show up, except for 3 or 4 entries (Tags and Forums). When i Add topic URL with (site:) on google, then showing!
Why are all the topics not appearing in the SERPs, and how can this be fixed?

There is no any issue from the forum side. Just make sure you've submitted your forum sitemap to Google in Google Search Console Tools.
