How can the users control the mails how they receive for notice for new threads, new replys, etc.

I have a foro integrated in a web and i don´t use the login, passwords, etc, of wpforo.

Users can check and manage their subscription in Subscription Manager section. It can be found in My Profile > Subscriptions page

But can they choose have a mail notification when they have a reply for a topic who they open?

Sure, in this case, you need to use the "Subscribe to this topic" checkbox.
