Missing Next + page numbers for non-login forum areas
I have an unusual problem. Non-logged in users are not presented the Next page area as shown below to peruse other thread pages for that forum area.
The screenshot is of the following URL:
Here is a URL that shows page 2 of the topic area exists:
I've so far tried the following fixes finding the problem persists:
- disable custom CSS
- reloaded the wpforo plugin
- disabled other plugins
Pls, could I ask for help to get my page numbers and Next button to appear for non-logged in users?
Please make sure all topics are approved and you don't have private topics. The number of topics may be different for admin and guests. Admin can see all topics so if they are pass limit of one page it shows pagination.
Also please delete all caches and do Ctrl+F5 on forum front.
Thank you Robert. I have taken your suggested actions and the problem remains. Guests have 'read-only' access. In each case, a topic area lists only 30 topics without showing pagination.
Here's another example showing page1 of 30 topics, page2 of 30 topics but no pagination on page1 to get to page2. I need to specify the page2 URL path to get there.
What else could be the problem here?
Robert, as a workaround, I've increased the topics shown in the topic area from 30 be 500. That eliminates requiring the non-functional pagination for public viewing since our largest forum area has 334 topics.
Would still appreciate any suggestions as to why this problem is occurring. Your forum does no appear affected.
This is something irregular and strange, we've never faced with such issue and we don't see it on our test websites. please make sure you don't have copied wpForo template files in your WP theme folder and you haven't customized them. This may be wpForo template files customization issue.
The only way to help you is having admin access to your WordPress. If you can, please send login details to support[at]gvectors.com email address.
