Hi, today I noticed that the buttons to open a new topic are no longer working. I can't explain why this is the case? The forum is just for logged-in users.

Thank you and best regards

Hi @moonshadow,

Please press Ctrl+F5 on the forum apge or Shift+Refresh button on browser on Mac to reset the browser cache. if it doesn't work then deactivate, delete and install wpForo again. Please don't use [Uninstall] button. Only use the Deactivate and Delete buttons.

Hi, it is not a cache problem. All members can't create new topics …

@moonshadow,

Yes, there was a CSS issue in style.css file and it has been updated so the issue only exists in your browsers. You just need to do a hard refresh of your browser or use a new browser. Also the incognito tab will work as well.
