I've tried to edit a post, reply to a post and submit a new topic. Unfortunatly I get an error message every time. The message is in Dutch and the message are something like:
Fout bij het bewerken van het onderwerp (Error when editing subject)
Reactie verzoek fout (Error when replying)
The new topic I created is not visible on the forum, but it does appear in the list with recent topics on our home page. When I click on it I get a 404 error.
What could be the reason for these errors? We use version 1.4.2.

As usual, post a URL if you want/can, enable WP debug.log for errors and check with your browser for conflict of scripts in the post page.
Sorry, new to this.
I've found the debug mode. I've replicated the edit topic error and get the attached code. It looks allright to me.
