On my site there is an announcement that I placed above the forums main page but for the life of me I can't seem to locate where in the back end I set this. Could someone assist?

This is an Admin Note ...... Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Misc

with lots of customization & modification, e.g. hover cards, topic/post preview on mouseover, chatbox and much more...
