On my forum page, answers are shown in 2 separate categories. One of them shows the number of responses, while the other shows 0. what different?

That's the right answer field, press on the Checkmark button on one of the posts.
I'd be glad to do that 🙂 wpforo doesn't customize these issues, but is it possible to change the location or visibility of these answers?
I'm sorry but that wpForos old theme which is out of support, I can only give a small CSS which can fully hide that field.
Is it possible for me to get a css that hides this and shows all responses on mobile? or if there is a new theme that supports such changes, I can use it.
Have you checked wpForo 2022 theme? You can enable it from Dashboard > wpForo > Themes Admin page.
