We are having issues with users not being able to unsubscribe from the forums. We have 2 forum boards.

In the first forum board (SAOH Forum), the Subscription Manager has the following (also shown in attached photo):

1. Subscribe to all new topics and posts (unchecked by default)
2. Subscribe to all new topics (unchecked by default)
3. Categories and topics in a tree menu (unchecked by default)

In the second forum board (SEOH Forum), the Subscription Manager has the following (also shown in attached photo):

1. Subscribe to all new topics and posts (checked by default)
2. Subscribe to all new topics (checked by default)
3. No categories and topics displayed
4. Beneath where the tree menu would be displayed, it shows individual topic subscriptions

The first forum is behaving as we would expect. The second forum does not allow the user to unsubscribe at all and we're starting to get reports of users who are overwhelmed with the volume of emails. The  unsubscribe link in the emails does not

work either.
