It looks like some frontend elements were misconfigured or broken by other plugins or your theme, so fixing this will require admin access.

We have indexing working for forum posts on our dev site but we are having problems attempting to index Wordpress posts. Can you help?

We know that the WordPress loopback/cron is disabled on you dev website by your hosting service. This is something that cannot be triggered. In other words you should do the indexing of WordPress content on your live website. This is background process so you have no risk there. 

As an alternative, you should create a dev words site on a regular hosting service without such a hard environment control and limitations by hostingservice.
