Getting below error :
Update failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.
Which files has permission issue? And permissions shout be set?
There should not be such a problem with the default hosting services. it seems you've made some changes in file system permissions, or you've uploaded the WordPress files with very root FTP account and the all files / folder owner is the root. In any case you should care about all folders and files and set correct permissions. It's better to ask hosting support.
They should set all folder (included folders as well) permission 755 and file permission 644 of the following folders:
- /wp-content/
- /wp-content/plugins/
- /wp-content/plugins/wpforo/
