Hi @mplusplus,

When you click on Add Topic"  button works the frontend.js file, located in the:

/wp-content/plugins/wpforo/wpf-assets/js/frontend.js file

and for form displayed work the class-template.php, located in the:

 /wp-content/plugins/wpforo/wpf-includes/class-template.php file
