I was reporting that ages ago  and this

finally we found this bug, and yes it's related to the HTML cache feature. We'll fix it in next version.

Please make sure other cache plugins are disabled for wpForo. because it's fixed for HTML cache. We've tested it on a clean WP/wpForo side. Now this message function uses the footer hook, this hook is not cached by wpForo HTML cache,  so there is no any chance to see that problem. In old versions this message code was included in wpForo wrapper so you may say the issue if the wrapper HTML was cached and loaded again.

If you still see this, it means either you have other cache solutions or the core is not fully updated.
