Haven't changed/installed any plugins in months. I did how ever do a WPforo update a few weeks back but has been working fine since.
Now when anyone tries to log in including Admin, we get this message:
Your IP Address 0.0.0.0 has been blocked by the Administrator for security purposes.
Please contact the Website Administrator for more details.
I am unable to access dashboard and ask if there is a work around via FTP to resolve this please?
Nothing to do with wpForo. wp Foro doesn't have any function like that. Probably some other plugin locked you out. Find out what security you have and disable it (or delete it via ftp).
edit: I bet you have "wp-clean-up-optimizer" installed. That could be the cause.

No i didn't have wp-clean-up but had a spam blocker plugin which i deleted.
All working now thanks for your help.
