Yes i have.

It is showing now, but not showing on www.DigitalPhablet.com/Login and www.Digitalhablet.com/Register where it should.

I have added this code at the bottom of Functions.php but still my videos are not getting embedded.

I am on V2, still facing thing problem.

But it isn't showing me the login page same as yours, it is redirecting me to wordpress login page.
