Sorry for the noob question, but if I have a previous forum database of replies or conversations, will I be able to train AI to answer in a Wpforo Q&A format, using the responses from there?

Hi @trin,

We don't use "train"word, because the train is mostly related to a new model training. wpForo AI is based on RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) which is much easier and effective. All existing topics and replies will be indexed and vectorized in your database. This will be used by AI to reply to your topics and questions either manually by clicking the Bot Reply button or automatically by creating AI Task - Reply Generator

Thanks for the response here. Nothing further to ask.
