I would like to ask 2 questions about the user profile settings:

Is it possible for a user to fill in their profile details during the first registration, such as profile photo, address, about information, and other profile fields?

In the profile area, when I choose Country = Malaysia, I cannot find some states such as Penang. I only see Kuala Lumpur. Is this the default behavior, or do I need to buy a custom field addon or change any setting to show all states correctly?

In both cases, you should check the wpForo User Custom Fields add-on. It includes form builder tools for the Registration form, Account Settings form, etc.
