What's the threshold for the topic status icon to change from "New" or "Replied" to "Active" or "Hot"?

It's not manageable yet, we'll add option in future releases. At the moment it based on these post counts:

New: 0 post
Replied: min 1 post
Active: min 5 posts
Hot: min 20 posts
